ONE OF A KIND ART made with natural forest floor wood pieces.
These UNIQUE pieces of wood are the part of the tree where another branch grows out from it. The wood wraps itself around the protruding branch and creates this natural “eye catching” design in the wood.
During the decomposition process, the branch falls out, leaving this beautiful socket. My imagination immediately saw a socket for a missing eye, and in collaboration with a polymer clay artist who brings these eye catching wood pieces to life, the Watcher of The Woods Art pieces were born.
Each piece of wood is unique and one of a kind found on my property. I hand pick and dry out the pieces and my talented Neighbor from @DeveauCreations adds her hand crafted eye ball to the sockets.
